Vidya Bharati Shaikshnik Mandal, Amravati's Swatantrya Saianik Shri Kanhaiyalalji Ramchandra Innanini Mahavidyalaya, Karanja (Lad), District. Washim is one of the premiere education institutions in the rural areas of Washim, Akola and Yavatmal districts. It is a multi-faculty education centre imparting education in Arts, Commerce and Science both at the UG and PG levels having research facilities for doctoral research. The noted educationist and visionary, Dr. Devisinghji Shekhawat, along with his spouse hon'ble Smt. Pratibhatai Patil, former president of India laid the foundation of the Institute in the year 1983 to cater the need of education of the students of this rural area.
